With all the R&B groups out these days, it’s hard to find one that really stands out. Sometimes the masses need to be shaken out of the R&B slumber that carbon-copy groups have lulled them into. A breath of fresh air. A soundquake, if you will. One group is up to the challenge. Their name is Untitled and their innovative R&B style is about to take the world by storm.
Untitled is an R&B/Soul trio dedicated to making music that soothes what ails you, moves through your heart and mind, and stirs your soul down to the very depths. Untitled, three young men, each with their own style: Temi, the R&B crooner; Sammy, the silky smooth vocalist; and David, the gospel-rooted soul singer.
Influenced by the Motown/Stax sound, Jodeci, and the legendary Boyz II Men, Untitled’s mission is to bring the creativity, soul, and talent back to R&B.
Untitled has performed for a variety of shows and events including the Ontario Black History Society’s (OBHS) Annual Black History Brunch, the United We Shine Talent Showcase, as well as at many national pageants and college campus showcases. They have appeared in many national publications, such as Share magazine, the Weekly Star, and on the OBHS website. Untitled has also received many talent and showcase awards including the United We Shine Award given by Visions of Excellence.
