SEEKING
Rhythm Guitar.ABOUT
I am seeking an "advanced-level", rhythm guitarist who can also provide lead vocals (when I am not).
Already have possible lead guitarist, bassist, drummer and synth (horns) player
I am building a 70's inspired solid, jazz-funk-blues-rock, energy-driven group.
* Improv skills are a great asset (as everyone is responsible for his own charts).
Myself: (As a pro keys player / lead singer), I have over 50+ years stage experience. I am in need of players who are enthused about many of the artists (as per my influences) listed below and who bring extensive performance experience to the mix. Players with great improv and quick-learning skills are ideal.
I have much (past) experience putting "gigging" bands together with players who understand and conform to commitment.
Rehearsal space: (on our property, SE of Summerside). So, having access to a vehicle and having cell (with texting, etc) will be necessary.
* Excellent communication is essential.
Rehearsal times (twice per month) to be determined.
