I'm just about to retire from my regular job, and looking towards the next phase in my evolution! I'd like to learn and play songs in a band setting with other like-minded people, roughly my age and ability, but not exclusively so. My musical tastes vary widely from Frank Zappa to Mozart, literally, but I settle more along the line of popular top-40-ish music.

Influences
70's rock, psychedelic rock like Floyd, Gong, Genesis. I just have a deep love of all music, basically. These days, I have a lot of fun turning on the radio and learning whatever comes along, jotting it down in a book. So far, I have a collection of around 300 songs!
