I am a guitarist and composer, and I split my time between modern classical music and various forms of prog and metal. I'm open to other genres, however. I'm mostly interested in joining a relatively casual band or jam group because I miss actually playing music with other musicians.

Influences
I'm something of an omnivore, and I listen to a wide variety of music. Modern prog, doom, and drone metal are the biggest influences on my guitarwork, with a remaining dose of classic metal and odd bits of jazz or classical fusion.

EQUIPMENT
I play standard tuning 6 string and baritone 6 string electrics. I currently only have a practice amp (that apartment life) but if I found a group that wanted to play gigs, I'd invest in a real amp.
