ABOUT

The band name is just a placeholder...otherwise, we'd have to call our fans "flea-bitten varmints", right? ;) On a more serious note...

1. Looking for solid musicians interested in committing to one of several projects listed in "Influences section". Want bandmates with an engaging & authentic passion for the music/genres the band plays. Ages 25 and up.

2. Projects would be starting from the ground up & require attending weekly practices. Originally hoped for a start-up in the fall of 2024, but CoVid & other things have pushed it back to January 2025 or so.

3. Ultimate goals: Having fun, growing individually & as a team, and gigging once or twice per month. FYI, I am not looking to financially support myself via a music career, but we wouldn't be playing for free either!

4. Gigs: Bars/Clubs, Private Parties, Charity Events, Festivals, and perhaps Wedding/Corporate functions.

5. Mature, enthusiastic, encouraging attitudes required.

6. Song Selection:
(a) Danceable, sing along, passion, energy,
(b) memorable, witty, social commentary; eclectic within genre.
(c) respect range & variety of talents and interests in the band.
(d) opportunities to feature multiple vocalists and harmonies
(e) the set-list will not be just the stereotypical Classic Rock stuff.
(f) because of (e), we may be learning a lot of songs from scratch.

Feel free to contact me to discuss further.
