I am a self-trained musician who from a young age just always loved to play music. Was in a cover band in high school but as with all high school friends we eventually drifted apart. Have not been part of any bands or played with other musicians much in the past 10 years, but I have been practicing on my own steadily ever since. Currently I own 2 basses and an electric piano.
My music experience began at a young age on the tin whistle, I started playing trombone in the school orchestra around middle school and fell in love with the bass in high school. I also began playing the piano/keyboard in highschool but did not get completely involved into it until I bought my own as an adult, and very much enjoy playing it now.
I can read sheet music, however not sightread.
